Imperial Stout made with roasted marshmallows and then aged in Bourbon Barrels.
This Dunkel Märzen is a malty dark lager with an amber-brown color imparted by nutty, caramel Munich and malts. A clean, neutral yeast flavor leaves the malt sweetness as the focal point with a slight lingering, but delicate hop bitterness on the back of the tongue.
A mixed fermentation sour ale aged on tart Cherries.
The Caucasian is a once a year Texas Ale Project release. Infused with Guatemalan coffee, whole vanilla beans & american oak, this full body 9%/75 IBUs is sure to please!
This new beer is brewed with local honey and cold brew coffee from Mariposa Coffee. On draft in taproom and in bottles to go starting 12/21 4pm.
