Imperial oatmeal porter, brewed using cocoa nibs from Videri Chocolate Factory in Raleigh, NC, and aged in oak whiskey barrels for three months. Anticipate aromatics of chocolate, nuts and oak, with a bitter chocolate body mellowing into sweet vanilla notes in the finish.
Historically brewed to withstand shipment across the North Sea, Baltic porters have a long tradition of being big, chewy beers. Enchanter draws from these roots by blending an abundance of dark malts with tannic dryness imparted by American White Oak. This robust porter was lagered for eight weeks.

This Imperial Milk Stout was aged in bourbon barrels with whole vanilla beans. Madagascar pours a dark black with notes of bourbon, chocolate, and vanilla. 9.3% ABV, 22oz bottle.
