Brewed in celebration of our 4th Anniversary (and debuting at that party this Sunday), this Hoppy Wild Ale is incredibly intricate, offering funky, Brett-fueled flavors and a one-two punch of Southern Hemispherical hop swagger. 6.5%
At 4.5% ABV, this sour hazy IPA opens with a tart aroma and gives way to a large fruity hop presence that includes bright notes of citrus, peaches, and guava. Pouring a hazy golden hue, the tartness shares the spotlight with the hops in this approachable kettle sour.
Aged for three months in white wine barrels, our beloved Golden Monkey matures in an even more decadent direction in the form of White Monkey. Distinct notes of vanilla and woody tannins from American oak blend beautifully with the fruit and spice character of this Belgian-style Tripel.
We add 3,300 pounds of sour and sweet cherries and raspberries to each batch, resulting in a tart berry ale that’s effervescent and pleasantly pink in color. Delighting the palate, this light-bodied brew finishes refreshingly dry. 5.5%
The Figaro project is a blend of sour strong blond ales aged in chardonnay barrels for up to 18 months with white figs, lemon pee,l and orange peel. Notes of fig, raisin, Chardonnay and lemon zest highlight this slightly sweet, crisp offering.
