June 11, 2017This ruby-brown strong ale is influenced by contributions from Grenache grape must in the ferment and dried Chanterelle mushrooms added to the Calvados Apple Brandy cask that it spent three months aging in. The result is an earthy, fruity nose enhanced by the esters of the Belgian yeasts.

With its modest alcohol content (5% ABV) and bitterness (20 IBU), Lemongrass Luau is a sessionable beer, perfect for pau hana and sharing pints with friends.
