Odell's newest IPA, Rupture, will bring the freshest hops possible. Odell has made its own unique machine for grinding fresh, whole hops to create a unique fresh hop process. They state "grinding the whole hop [they] 'rupture' the lupulin inside – releasing the oils that give the beer its flavor." Rupture certainly tastes extremely fresh; it is vibrant, well rounded, and has a subtle bitterness.

In house at Jackie O's.

Left Hand's Saison line up is solid to say the least. This earthy classic draws its flavors from locally sourced Colorado Juniper berries. At 6.8% this seasonal release is an excellent cool fall afternoon beer.
Loosely based on a previous Smokestack Series Limited Release, Whiskey Barrel Stout's malt base is robust. To balance its chewy, complex malt presence, Whiskey Barrel Stout is hopped with Magnum and Columbus hops to provide just enough bitterness to prevent the beer from presenting as cloyingly sweet. Following fermentation with our house Scottish yeast strain that contributes notes of dates and plum, Whiskey Barrel Stout is transferred to freshly emptied whiskey barrels from a variety of our favorite distillers.
