    Prairie Artisan Ales' Barrel-Aged Birthday Bomb!

    This annual variant on the brewery's Bomb! imperial stout is aged in oak barrels on coffee, cacao nibs, vanilla beans and chili peppers and packs a formidable 14.7% ABV.

    Hi-Wire Brewing's Palo Santo

    Aging the 10W-40 10W-40 imperial stout on Palo Santo wood imparts notes of camp fire-roasted marshmallows, toasted coconut and orange peel to an already rich, chocolatey concoction.
