    Wiseacre Brewing Co.'s Cold Brew

    It may be a departure from their usual beers, but this booze-free cold brew coffee makes use of a liquid nitrogen doser and features a complex, roasty bean blend hailing from Tolima, Colombia and Serra do Cabral, Brazil.

    Goose Island's IPA Now
    Midwest

    The second release of IPA Now uses a combination of new school hops including El Dorado, Chinook, and Azacca. Notes of berry, lychee, citrus and stone fruit are followed up by a subtle pie crust like malt sweetness and a mild bitterness.⠀⠀

    This blend of saisons, one aged on oak, the other brewed with hibiscus flowers and co-fermented with chardonnay grape juice, is fruity, tart, dry and incredibly easy to drink.
