Aged in Sagamore Spirit Rye Whiskey barrels. Hints of peach skin, vanilla, white pepper complemented by subtle spice. Warm fermentation. Dense head w/ creamy mouth-feel. Hops are Syrian Aurora and Hallertau Mittlefruh. Malts are 2-row, Munich, and Candi Sugar.
December 9th, Oskar Blues Brewery will be releasing one of their highly anticipated and often times difficult to attain variants of Death by Coconut, a rich, coconut and chocolate, smooth and decadant Irish style Porter, but this one aged in rum barrels. You'll have to go to one of the brewery locations in Colorado (Longmont, Boulder) or North Carolina (Brevard) to score it though.
Kentucky Bastard is aged for a full year in Kentucky bourbon barrels. Hundreds of barrels are blended to create the final beer every winter. The resulting beer blends rich chocolate, coffee and dark fruit notes from the stout with vanilla, oak and warming alcohol imparted by the bourbon barrels.
Layers of chocolate, nut, coffee, and dark fruit tones backed up by underlying sweetness and forgiving bitterness.

We've taken our GABF gold medal beer & aged it in Woodford Reserve barrels for 6 months. Golden & deceptively drinkable, the wood & vanilla overtones mesh perfectly w/ the wheat & fruit notes of the original beer.
Brewed for Portland's Holiday Ale Festival, Cosmic Bog Sauce is your dark, tart, unconventional winter ale. Fermented with cranberries and blood oranges, and hopped with Mandarina and Citra hops, this sour is leavened by caramel, rye malt and toasted grains (6.0% ABV).
A New England Style IPA brewed with 100% Galaxy Hops. Intense tropical flavors meet a full-bodied mouthfeel and firm backend bitterness. ABV at 6.5%.
Collaboration with local coffee establishment, Dark Matter. Brewed with Dark Matter coffee.
This Time It's Different was hopped, then double dry-hopped with Amarillo and Galaxy at a rate of 6 lb per barrel. This Hazy IPA will be straight juice and sweetness, and very little bitterness – so if your'e a dank fan and like the ones without a bitterness profile this Hazy IPA is for you.
