A golden, cloudy Saison featuring the flavor of banana, nutmeg and clove, compliments of a traditional farmhouse yeast strain – plus a touch of citrus from the Simcoe, Eureka and Crystal hops. Faintly tart and spicy.
The representation of this classic German style wheat beer sours naturally in our kettle, but veers from tradition with the addition of a heavy dose of Mosaic and Citra hops, resulting in an acidic, lemony finish.
