While the bitterness is noticeably softer than any of our other Double IPAs, it’s not gone either, and the late kettle hopping combined with our dry hopping method has created mango and stone fruit forward juicy IPA that we think you’re really going to like. Brewed in February 2016 and aged for over a year in Woodford Reserve Bourbon, Woodford Reserve Double Oaked Bourbon, and Old Forester barrels, Kentucky Cream is a medium-bodied, honey-colored pale ale that’s smooth on the palate with a slightly spicy, warm finish.

Double IPA brewed in collaboration with Dogfish Head and Burial using Bru-1 experimental hops, Mosaic Lupulin Cryo Hops, and Motueka. Brewed with zero kettle hops, dry hopped every day of fermentation.
Inspired by the cult series Twin Peaks (which happens to be set in Snoqualmie Falls Brewing's backyard), Ghostwood is brewed to 26 IBU with a grist of pale two-row malt and wheat with German Spalt hops. The finished product checks in at 4.9% ABV.
