So hello to your not-so-secret Santa. Kris Kringle has many of the usual traits of a winter ale – a deep amber color, plus ginger, cinnamon and allspice spices and a malty character. But Centennial and Cascade hops give it a hoppier bite than you've come to expect from the season (6.84% ABV).
The most recent release in the AZ Wilderness' Dirty Hop Water Series, In The Pines, features both malted and un-malted White Sonoran Wheat to give it a soft malt character and mouthfeel. Then on top was dry hopped with Simco, Citra and Mosaic. It's full of sour fruit flavors and citrus.

The Saison au Blé de Minuit is a black saison with local harvested Colorado barley and midnight wheat. It is a dry and crisp farmhouse-style ale with a mild tart that clocks in at 6.8% ABV.
