Tres Cray is a hoppy collaborative IPA in which three Devils Backbone brewers each pick a favorite hop to go into the boil kettle and another hop each for dry hopping. Built on a base of Pilsner, Vienna and Maris Otter Pale malts, Tres Cray shifts in character with the different hops used each brew.
Schlafly's India Pale Lager utilizes a brewing method known as “hop bursting” to enhance the aroma and flavor of the beer by adding hops toward the end of the brewing process. At 5.5 % and 30 IBUs, the tangerine-citrus characters of the IPL balance the clean, malty familiarity of a lager.
